Our unique approach to service management is based on the belief that everything is a product. Standard service desks have a limited basis that is aimed at ensuring that service is delivered with respect to SLA.

Our outlook is that the end Customers should have the right to control how much they are willing to spend on certain additional services. On the level of Service Catalog, each customer has an option to order the additional set of defined products online in order to get a better experience of overall service. Products can be defined as better SLA parameters, additional reports or separate modules which cover fixed functionalities.
