Billing Management in Mint Service Desk Cloud
The "Billing" feature in a Mint Service Desk Cloud system within the Admin profile is essential for managing the financial aspects of service delivery, including invoicing and handling financial transactions associated with the services provided through the platform. Plan & Billing Section
Within the “Plan & Billing” section, administrators can:
- View Subscription Details: Information about your current subscription is displayed, including the number of used agents or storage.
- Manage Subscription:
- Cancel Subscription: Terminate your current subscription by clicking the “Cancel subscription” button.
- Renew Subscription: Refresh your license data and renew your subscription by clicking on the “Refresh licenses data” button.
- Change Plan: Modify your current plan to adjust to changing needs by clicking the “Change plan” button.
- View Invoices: Below the subscription details, there is a section where all your invoices are listed, allowing for easy monitoring and management of financial records.
