Notification Settings
The "Notification Settings" function in a Mint Service Desk Cloud system allows you to configure how you receive notifications about various events and activities within the system. In this section you can:
-Specify your preferences for receiving notifications, such as choosing to receive notifications via email, SMS, or within the Service Desk system itself.
-Choose which types of events or activities you want to be notified about. Common notification types include new ticket assignments, updates to tickets they're involved in, reminders for upcoming deadlines, and system announcements.
To get to the “Notification Settings", click the button in the upper right corner "Customer," and you will be presented with three options:
-Profile
-Notification Settings
-Help
After clicking on the "Notification Settings" button, it will appear after up with all the notification options.
The notifications are divided into the following groups:
-System
-Push
You can choose exactly which notifications you want to receive and which you don't by checking or unchecking specific boxes. You have a choice of notifications such as:
-Asset Alert
-Asset Reminder
-Contract’s end of support
-New Article
-New Comment
-New Ticket
-Pending Reminder
-SLA Expiration
-SLA Notification
Notifications mean that when you select an option, each time the system receives information about its appearance, you will be notified by the route of your choice (by system, email or push).
If you are sure that you have already selected all the notification options you have chosen, click the "Confirm" button.
If you do not want to make any changes, press the "Cancel" button.
You can also see all the notifications you have selected in the main panel on the left side of the page.
