Profile Management

The "Profile" function in a Mint Service Desk system provides a feature that allows you to view and manage your personal information and settings within the system. Here’s how you can utilize this function:

Accessing Your Profile:

Click on the "Admin" button in the upper right corner of the system interface.

You will see a dropdown menu with three options:

  • Profile
  • Help
  • At the bottom of the dropdown, the Logout option is also available, which allows you to log out of the system.

Using the Profile Section:

  • View Personal Information: See details such as your name, email address, contact information, and other relevant personal details stored in the system.
  • Update or Edit Personal Information: Change your contact details or update your profile picture as needed.
  • Change Password: Maintain security and comply with password policies by updating your password regularly.

Managing Your Data:

After selecting "Profile," you will be redirected to a page where you can edit all your data and information.

You can manage user notifications by clicking on the designated button below all the settings.

Fields required to be filled are marked with a red asterisk.

To save your data, click on the "Save changes" button located in the lower right corner of the page.

Optionally, complete your profile with additional information or add your own profile picture.
