Profile Management

The "Profile" function in a Mint Service Desk system refers to a feature that allows you to view and manage your personal information and settings within the system.

In the “Profile” section you can:

-View personal information such as name, email address, contact information, and other relevant personal details stored in the system.

-Update or edit personal information such as changing your contact details or updating your profile picture.

-Change password to maintain security and comply with password policies.

To get to your “Profile", click the button in the upper right corner "Customer," and you will be presented with three options:

-Profile

-Notification Settings

-Help

At the very bottom of the dropdown you will also find the “Logout” option, which will log you out of the system.

After selecting "Profile" you will be redirected to a page where you can edit all your data and information.

You can also add your individual signature in the "Signature" field. Then you can also click the button to set as default automatic mail signature for all queues.

After filling in all the required fields marked with a red asterisk, you will be able to save your data by clicking on the "Save changes" button in the lower right corner. If you want, you can complete the profile with additional information or add your own profile picture.
