The "Profile" function in a Mint Service Desk system refers to a feature that allows you to view and manage your personal information and settings within the system.
At the very bottom of the dropdown you will also find the “Logout” option, which will log you out of the system.
After selecting "Profile" you will be redirected to a page where you can edit all your data and information.
You can also add your individual signature in the "Signature" field. Then you can also click the button to set as default automatic mail signature for all queues.
After filling in all the required fields marked with a red asterisk, you will be able to save your data by clicking on the "Save changes" button in the lower right corner. If you want, you can complete the profile with additional information or add your own profile picture.
