Queue Management
As an Administrator, you have access to all queues and can see them on the mainpanel. You can change the order of the queues at any time you like, just move themouse to the left side of the specific Queue where the 6 dots are visible and movethe ticket to another place in the column.
If you want to edit a particular queue, just press the "Edit" button to the right of eachqueue.
Then a panel will appear on the right side of the screen, where you can see all thedetails of the queue. At the very bottom you can enter "Details", add "Default Agent",define "Auto response" separately for "Ticket created" and "Ticket closed" and addyour own "Signature".
When you have made all the changes you want to make, press “Submit”. This buttonis dedicated to each of these four options, so you must press “Submit” for eachchange. If you do not want to make changes or save them, press Discard to return tothe main panel.
If you want to create a new queue, click the "create new queue" button in the upperright corner.
In the box that appears, type the name of the queue and then press the button “Addnew queue”.
On the right side of the panel you also have two options: Export queues or Exportqueue rights. The available formats for both documents are Csv or Xlsx.
In case of a large number of queues, the system also allows you to search for aspecific one. Just type its name in the "Search" field on the left
