Queue Permissions

In Mint Service Desk Cloud system, "Queue Permissions" refer to the access rightsor privileges granted to users or groups for managing tickets within specific queues or categories. Queues are used to organize and categorize incoming tickets based on factors such as the type of request, department, or priority level.

In this panel, you can select roles from the drop-down list.

At each queue, you will find three options to choose from on the right: Read, Update and Create.

You can choose one, two or all three options. When you do so, the "Save changes" button will be active to save your changes.
