What options does the ticket main panel provide?
On the main panel you can see all the applications you have created. In the upper left corner, you can search all tickets by "Ticket Type."
You can also set filters by columns and choose one of those options:
-Assignee
-Company
-Customer
-Customer Email
-Subject
-Ticket number
You can freely change the order of the columns according to your preference.
You can also sort tickets by date. You have a choice of:
-Fixed Period
-Today
-Yesterday
-This Week
-This Month
-This Year
Another option is to search by specific status.
You can also create the filters yourself, by which the system should search for the ticket. Select the person assigned to the request, select the company, select the customer and select priority.
