Mint Service Desk took part in The Service Desk & IT Support Show in London!

The Service Desk & IT Support Show took place on May 11-12, 2022 at the ExCeL exhibition and conference center in London. The event was attended by a delegation of specialists from OPGK Software, presenting its flagship product, which is the Mint Service Desk ticketing system.

SITS is the largest event in Europe for service management and IT support specialists. Our Mint Service Desk team had the opportunity to meet many people interested in ITSM services and meet other suppliers of this type of solutions. During the two days of the event, we had numerous, interesting talks and conducted presentations of the demo version for all interested people. We are glad that so many visitors decided to visit our stand and that Mint Service Desk was among other Service Desk systems that the visitors want to get acquainted with. After the first day, all the guests could take part in the afterparty and exchange their observations with other exhibitors. Due to the event, we managed to establish some interesting relationships, which we hope will result in potential cooperation in the future.
