Mint Service Desk Cloud 1.14 introduces performance improvements, multi-role support, expanded ticket templates, and faster access to editing key system objects. The release focuses on reducing unnecessary steps and making everyday work in the system more efficient.
🚀 New features
Performance improvements
The application has been optimized to improve overall speed and responsiveness.
The changes include:
- improved interface responsiveness,
- faster loading of system views,
- smoother navigation between different areas of the application.
Multiple roles for one user
Users can now have multiple roles assigned to a single account.
For example, one user can simultaneously have the roles of:
- administrator,
- agent,
- customer.
Users can quickly switch between their assigned roles directly from the user menu without creating additional accounts or maintaining multiple active sessions.
This is particularly useful when configuring and testing different areas of the system, including the Customer Portal.
Expanded ticket templates
The functionality of ticket templates assigned to queues has been extended.
Templates can now be used:
- when creating a new ticket,
- while working with an existing ticket.
This helps speed up ticket handling and maintain greater consistency when working with recurring types of requests.
🎨 Interface improvements
Faster access to editing
Users can now go directly from preview to edit mode for:
- users,
- companies,
- contracts,
- assets.
This reduces the number of steps required to update information and makes working with key system objects faster.
🛠️ Fixes and stability
Version 1.14 also includes UI and UX improvements, minor optimizations, and technical fixes that improve system stability and overall performance.
