Snippets in the Customer Portal

Snippets can now be used in the Customer Portal.

A search field has also been added to the snippet selector, making it easier to find the required item.

Ticket custom field snippets in templates

Ticket custom field snippets have been added to template components. They can be used in:

• the title,
• the description.

Closed tickets in the asset preview

A Show closed option has been added to the asset preview. It allows users to display closed tickets associated with the asset.

Closed by column in reports

Support for the Closed by column has been added to reports.

Improvements

Data visibility in the asset preview

Custom fields configured as Hidden are no longer displayed in the asset preview. Empty field groups are no longer shown either.

Reports tab visibility

The Reports tab is now hidden for Customers who have not been granted access to any reports.

🛠️ Fixes and stability

The cache that could cause outdated information to appear after renaming a dictionary and returning to the dictionary list has been removed.

Search behavior for special characters such as $ and # has been fixed across search fields in different parts of the system.

An issue that incorrectly displayed the Resolution note field to Customers has been fixed. The Show closed button has also been corrected to prevent its selection from disappearing in specific cases.

On the backend, data grouping has been fixed for reports used in dashboards.
